about the chef

 

Christopher’s Catering is owned by Chris White who has lived in the Spokane area for most of his life.  He is a graduate of the Inland Northwest Culinary Academy and has considerable experience in catering and banquets.  In addition to his own catering events he has worked with The Golf Club at Black Rock, Settler’s Creek Event Center, and has worked at some great restaurants in the region.  He is very passionate about food and customer service, he is the Secretary of the American Culinary Federation – Chefs de Cuisine of the Inland Northwest chapter and mentors a ProStart high school culinary team.  He doesn’t have a specific cuisine that he focuses on, he has a very eclectic array of food offerings and is always learning and moving in different directions.  He really enjoys getting to know the client and their event needs to come up with a menu that is the perfect fit.
